Gregory H. Crance**

Co-Founder and President

Greg currently serves as President of InsLink TM   He is currently leading this agency to the top of the charts in production as well as client and agent satisfaction.

For thirteen years Greg and his associates have been focused on perfecting a marketing model, working with financial institutions to help generate additional revenue and keep the customers of the institution loyal and satisfied.  The future opportunities and the design of marketing efforts, through professional approaches to capturing non-traditional bank profits, is designed to help increase the net bottom line of the institution.  This program is designed to increase customer awareness, bank profits, educational resources for the public on behalf of the bank, and to offer professional services to brand deeper into the footprints of the bank market channels.

Greg is in his 26th year as a Life and Qualifying Member of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table).  He served as President of the Insurance Agent's Advisor Council for 3 years, and President of the National Council of Presidents for 2 years.  He has also addressed various associations and groups all over the country, speaking on a multitude of topics related to the industry.

He worked in the banking industry in Alabama where his primary focus was the distribution of insurance products through customers of the bank.

Greg is a graduate of Auburn University, Class of 1975.  Greg is an active member of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, and has been recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for Junior High and High School. Greg currently resides in Auburn with his wife Candy and his children.

 

    Jim Devine

    Co-Founder

    Jim Devine -Co-Founder, Chairman & C.E.O of Hipereon, Inc. with 25+ years as consultant and trainer with special focus on financial management, strategic planning and ownership transition training for financial institutions and businesses.

    He has trained thousands of lenders, business owners and accountants throughout the U.S. and abroad on financial management, strategic planning and ownership transition. For more than 25 years, Jim has been active in managing, financing, buying and selling closely held businesses.

    Hipereon professionals have traveled throughout the U.S. and around the world training individuals in business finance. They have been successfully serving financial services firms, corporations and trade associations with their unique, hands-on approach to training for over 30 years. Hipereon's professional staff now stands ready to assist you in your training needs

    Previously, Jim held management positions in Moss Adams Accounting, DLW Enterprises, Inc., and served as CEO of two manufacturing businesses. He also served ten years with Seattle First National Bank as Vice President Mgr. of the bank's Trust Business Management & Business Advisory Services Departments.

    He serves as a faculty chair at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking in Philadelphia and has served as a faculty member at the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and the Graduate Banking School at the University of Wisconsin. Jim is the co-creator and lead faculty member for the prestigious California Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and the Oregon Bankers Lending Institute. He is also a co-creator and lead faculty member for CUES School of Business Lending which provides business training to credit union staff.

    Jim co-authored Risk Management Associates, formerly known as Robert Morris Associates' "Understanding Your Small Business Customer" training series and facilitated their national small business round tables on managing business banking practices.

    Jim holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Montana and a MBA from Southern Illinois University. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a national scholastic honorary society for business school graduates.

      Bob Hogan

      Co-Founder

      Bob Hogan -Co-Founder, President & C.O.O of Hipereon, Inc. with 25+ years in financial consulting and training for financial institutions and businesses.

      Previously, Bob served as a Senior Manager and Consultant for Moss Adams Advisory Services, the 12th largest accounting firm in the country. He also worked for nearly 10 years for Seattle First National Bank, Bank of America and Allstate Insurance Company in financial training and underwriting capacities.

      He has trained and consulted with thousands of bankers, business owners, and accountants throughout Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, and the U.S on financial topics as they relate to small business owners. With over 25 years of banking and business management experience, he has co-authored two books on small business management, and wrote the "ABCs of Distributor Finance," for ExxonMobil's distributor network. He has been a keynote speaker at numerous industry trade shows, national conventions and CPA association meetings.

      He has served as a faculty member of distributor business schools for PPG Industries, ExxonMobil, Miller Brewing Company and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Bob is the co-creator and lead faculty member for the prestigious California Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and the Oregon Bankers Lending Institute. He also is the co-creator and lead faculty member for CUES national School of Business Lending.

       Bob holds a BS from Coe College and an MBA from Southern Illinois University. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a national scholastic honorary society for business school graduates.

        R. Allen Brewer*

        Senior Vice President - Director of Operations

        Allen has over 11 years of experience in the life insurance industry, focused on worksite marketing as well as individual life sales, but primarily engaged in overseeing day to day operations and administration for multiple large insurance and financial services agencies.

        Allen currently serves as Director of Operations for InsLink TM  Supervising of all of the day to day organization of the agency; Allen handles licensing, marketing, providing illustrations, processing of new business, and scheduling seminars and training for various topics presented by InsLink TM

        Allen is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, where he has served as Area Vice President in the past.  He is a current and active member of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, and has served as Lay Director for the East Alabama Emmaus Community Board of Directors.

        Allen currently resides in Auburn, Alabama with his wife, Linda. They have two children, Michelle (and son-in-law, Jason) and Michael, and one grand-son Evan. They love family, friends, traveling, Auburn Athletics, community, and church involvement.

          Kelsey Brown***

          Implementation Professional

          Kelsey Brown has been in the financial services industry for five years. Kelsey currently serves as an associate and as implementation and training professional with InsLink, Inc. In her role with InsLink, Kelsey strives to provide training to all of the financial institution employees, so that they recognize the opportunities with their clients/members and make proper referrals to the representative.  This is the core to the success of the operation.

          Kelsey is a graduate of the Auburn University College of Business. She enjoys still being active with both the University and with the College of Business. Kelsey is also very active in the Auburn community. She serves as Chairman of Recruitment and Contestants for the Lee County Distinguished Young Women's Program and also serves on the Board for the Auburn University Women's Leadership Institute. She enjoys working with women of all ages and believes in supporting efforts that encourage the growth and advancement of all females.

          In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys reading, running, golf, yoga, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys traveling and learning about new places and cultures.
